IBHH should be measured after raising VIN to VCC and then lowering it to VIH min. (6) An external driver must source at least IBHLO to switch this node from low to high. (7) An external driver must sink at least IBHHO to switch this node from high to low. (8) For I/O ports, the parameter IOZ includes the input leakage current.
